HelioSlough, formerley a joint venture between Helios Properties plc
and SEGRO plc (formerly Slough Estates International), was established in March 2004. It is now wholly owned by SEGRO plc.
Since its establishment, the joint venture has completed numerous developments in South Yorkshire, Lancashire, Staffordshire and the North East.
HelioSlough is now largely focussed on developments at two Strategic Rail Freight Interchanges (SFRIs) at Rossington, just off the M18, and Radlett, adjacent to the M25. |
