The M18 provides a link between the M1 and M62 Motorway, and
intersects with the A1(M) at Junction 2 approximately 13 miles to the south west of site. These routes
allow Nimbus Park excellent access to the national motorway network.
The rail line on the western boundary of the site leads to Goole and Hull in the east and connects with
the east coast mainline to the south of Doncaster. A dedicated spur can be provided to allow rail freight
movements directly to the building. Intermodal rail facilities are available at Traxpark, near Junction
3 of the M18 Motorway.
The east coast ports of Immingham and Grimsby lie within 45 minutes drive, while Hull and Goole are
40 minutes and 20 minutes respectively to the east. Robin Hood Airport is approximately 9 miles to
the south, via the A614, and operates flights to UK, European and long haul destinations, as well
as handing air cargo. |
